The plant pot is where you are able to farm your own food. The benefit over farming is that attacking NPCs draws blood which attracts predators like sharks and barracuda; however, harvesting potatoes and carrots does not.
Usage[]
While holding a carrot seed, green bean, or potato, press "E" to plant a seed in the plant pot you are looking at. Depending on the plant, you should have harvestable results within a game day or two.

Growth Rates[]
- Carrots take 11 minutes to grow, and you can support your hunger completely on raw carrots at 13.2 planter boxes. Cooked at 3.3
- Green Beans take 14.5 minutes to grow, and you can support your hunger completely on raw green beans at 17.4 planter boxes. Cooked at 4.35
- Potatoes take 16 minutes to grow, and you can support your hunger completely on raw potatoes at 16 planter boxes. Cooked at 3.84
Constructing[]
Use the Furniture Workshop to construct your Plant Pot. For each one, you'll need to gather:
- 2 Iron
- 4 Dirt
- 2 Fertilizer
